Gears of War 2 will continue the saga of Marcus Fenix and Delta Squad as they fight to save humanity from the overwhelming onslaught of the Locust Horde, and will mix the series' trademark tactical action gameplay with an epic story of survival, loss, and retribution—and killing Locust. Lots and lots of Locust. So whatever assumptions you've made, forget 'em. Whatever your expectations are, raise 'em, because Gears of War 2 is coming. November 2008 is right around the corner, and it's going to be one hell of a ride.

GEARS OF WAR 2 YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!! I STILL PLAY NUMBER 1 AND IM WORKING ON VETERAN BUT DAMN NOVEMBER 30TH AWWWW I CANT WAIT THAT LONG. UMM ILL TAKE 20 PLZ HAHA GEARS OF WAR ONLINE IS AWESOME BUT I JUST WANTA SAY THE ONLY THING THAT COULD POSSIBLE BE BETTER ON THE ONLINE PLAY IS THE LEVELING UP. YOU SHOULD LEVEL UP LIKE IN CALL OF DUTY 4 AND PRESTIEGE AND UNLOCK WEAPONS THROUGH LEVEL AND CAMOFLAUGE AND STUFF THAT WOULD MAKE IT A GREAT GAME

Adding the ability to level would be pretty awesome. I have to say that I was the happiest when I heard that they were going to fix the multiplayer bugs (invincibility when chainsawing, host advantage, etc)!
